Kierra is a Registered Massage Therapist with a heart-centered, client-focused approach to care. Her practice emphasizes safety, trust, and collaboration, creating space for each client to feel supported in their healing journey.
With continuing education in pregnancy and postpartum care, C-section scar rehabilitation, and reproductive and digestive health, Kierra brings a deep understanding of the body through transitional times. She has a special interest in abdominal massage and integrates this gentle, effective modality into her work to support clients dealing with menstrual challenges, fertility concerns, digestive issues, and post-surgical recovery.
Her treatments are rooted in trauma-aware, evidence-informed practices, always tailored to meet each person’s unique needs—whether that’s relief, regulation, or restorative care.
Outside the treatment room, Kierra is a clinical instructor and supervisor at First College, where she supports the next generation of RMTs. She’s also a proud boy mom, lifelong learner, and devoted curler. Her commitment to growth, community, and compassionate care shines through in all she does.
